Returns & Exchanges
At Froy, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and custom orders, are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
